William Rondeau is the co-founder of Costume Records, a record label, management and publishing agency based in Montreal, representing artists such as Milk & Bone, Plants & Animals, KROY, Valaire, Qualité Motel, Flore Laurentienne and many more. He began his career in the music industry by joining the Emerging Music Festival (FME) in 2009, overseeing the general organization of the event and the booking of electronic acts. He then joined Karkwa’s management team and participated in the foundation of Simone Records.
