Global Business Developer / METATRON (IT)
Born in 1993, I spent most of my life listening to music and doing every possibile activity that revolves around it. I first approached the magical world of the music business by writing articles for online music magazines (NoisyRoad and later Onstage Magazine) and by volunteering at Europe’s biggest festivals (Isle Of Wight, British Summer Time, The Great Escape). After getting an honours degree in Applied Foreign Languages and Communication (including one year spent in Paris at Université Paris Diderot as part of the Erasmus program), and a master programme in Music Business at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, in 2016 I started an internship at Metatron/INRI, one of Italy’s main indie labels, where I first started off by dealing with management and press office tasks, working amongst other things for Home Festival 2016. A few months later I started working for Metatron’s biggest artist, Levante, that is now one of Italy’s most promising voices of pop.
Besides being in the management team of Levante, my other main task is taking care of expanding the company’s international network, which includes sub-publishers, press offices, digital distributors, music supervisors and labels. Between 2016 and 2019 Metatron has signed several deals with business partners in 5 continents, traveling for music conferences and festivals (including Midem, SXSW, Eurosonic, Reeperbahn, Wise, Amsterdam Dance Event) and having some of its artists getting a worldwide recognition. I’m also part of the A&R team of Metatron’s neoclassical label, INRI Classic.
