Nina Fine is the Co-Founder of Women in Jazz. The organisation launched in June 2018 with a mission to solve the under-representation of female Jazz artists.

Women In Jazz champions and nurtures female talent from all backgrounds and Jazz genres through live events, broadcast and education.

The organisation has partnered with some of the most prestigious venues, labels and radio stations across the UK including: Barbican, Jazz FM, Allbright, Love Supreme Festival and Universal music.
