Shareholder of numerous companies and projects in Europe, Frantz Steinbach cofounded Paradigmes&Liberté invests which involved him in music publishing (D6f), festivals (Kiosquorama, Weather), agency (LaboCulture), apps (SoundCharts, DiverCities), venues and restaurants in France and Portugal, Successful Craft Beer (Maison PiP) and other creative companies in Europe.

He is also involved in multiple professional organizations, including SACEM since 2012, Vice-President of the MAP Network since 2011, « Collectif Action Nuit » and the prospective « Nights from the Future » project to ensure and promote the night industry in Europe.

He is appointed since 2015 by the Minister of Foreign Affairs to co-frame the roadmap on "France's night-time tourism attractiveness". He published the white collaborative book of the night professionals « Nights from the Future » in 2018.
