Alessia Naldini was born in Florence in 1989 and she moved to Milan in 2015 after her graduation in Law to work as a freelance in many music festivals. Since 2017 Alessia is a member of the Board of Directors of a Cooperative Credit Bank. In 2018 she co-founded Butik s.r.l. Social Enterprise, powered by Fondazione Cariplo. Butik is a communication agency that offers advice in music, culture and tourism, working to promote and internationalize contemporary music and events and to create projects with brands and institutions. Alessia is also the manager of TROPEA, a pop band based in Milan.
