Eugenia Post Meridiem came together in the summer of 2017, made up of Eugenia (vocals, guitar), Matteo (bass), Giovanni (solo guitar, keyboard) and Matteo (drums, percussion).
After three months of feverish work on their tracks in Lisbon, Eugenia embarked on a series of live shows in Genoa and along the Ligurian coast, offering up a collection of songs, sometimes solo, sometimes with the band, in which her stunning voice shines through alongside some serious songwriting skill, with arrangements revealing an ancestry that owes much to soul, indie, and folk and a marked propensity for psychedelia, all seen through the lens of the gritty ’90s.
